WHAT TO DO IN AN OVERDOSE SITUATION



 

What to do in case of an overdose:

  • Call 911 FIRST and follow all instructions
  • Administer Narcan only – do NOT give any other medications
  • Do NOT leave the victim alone – stay until help arrives
  • Tell medical personnel everything the victim may have taken
  • Do NOT put the victim in a shower or bath.
