Informal peer connection service  for people to call when they’re struggling with a substance use disorder, and just need someone to talk to. Operators will listen and offer feedback when requested. They  are not licensed therapist  but do have lived experience with SUD.

Project DAWN (Deaths Avoided With Naloxone) is a network of opioid overdose education and naloxone distribution programs coordinated by the Ohio Department of Health.  This site has a state-wide directory of distribution locations and on-line mail order services.
